Netherlands-based BeGlobal B.V. (PPAI 826396, International) climbed 19 spots from its position at No. 77 on last year’s list. The company has made significant internal changes credited with driving growth, including bringing its IT operations in-house and hiring three new programmers, giving the company complete control of its software platforms. In addition, a new creative director came on board last year.
BeGlobal has also taken a big step forward in its responsibility efforts. Last year it transitioned from being a sponsor to a true social partnership with the Dutch Paralympic swimming team (KNZB) thus championing social integration and helping fund the essential training camps and facilities these athletes need to reach the world stage.
