The Markham, Ontario-based company has grown revenues by 34 percent since 2022 citing process improvements that include engaging employees at all levels. With its employee commitment, last year the company again earned inclusion on PPAI’s Greatest Companies To Work For.

TPS is also working to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040 and has partnered with CarbonHound for 3rd Party CO2 tracking. Last September, it earned a Silver EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, placing the company in the top 15 percent of those that have earned the rating.
