Waukegan, Illinois-based Overture (PPAI 288541, Platinum) acquired Pride Products, a New Jersey distributor focused on law firms and professional clients, expanding its reach in that sector and strengthening its enterprise client base. Pride is also on PPAI’s Greatest Companies to Work For list.
The company has focused on clearer priorities and a more consistent client experience as it scales, while maintaining its culture. Overture also appointed longtime leader Tej Shah as CEO.
Overture expanded environmental efforts by supporting the planting of 82,676 trees through Ecologi (more than 275,000 total), committing to remove 12,000 pounds of ocean-bound plastic through CleanHub, and continuing its partnership with the Chicago Botanic Garden. It also added sustainability capabilities by acquiring Eco Promotional Products, integrating its product and supply chain scorecards into customer webstores.
