High retention, technology investments and marketing tools helped drive Affiliate performance, while internal collaboration and engagement initiatives reinforced its culture and contributed to industry recognition as a top workplace. The distributor appointed industry veteran and former PPAI CEO Dale Denham as chief information officer. He brings experience from leadership roles at Geiger and ASI and will lead technology strategy and innovation.
