In 2000, President and CEO Janie Gaunce and CFO Steve Sachs launched Grapevine Designs (PPAI 226030, Gold) in Lenexa, Kansas, with the mission to spark creativity and create unique solutions for its clients. In the 25 years since, the company has grown into a promotional marketing leader offering e-commerce, pop-up shops, kitting, packaging, global fulfillment and the talents of a highly creative team.

In 2023, the company joined Reciprocity Road, becoming the 11th company in the alliance of distributors comprising approximately $275 million in branded merchandise spending. With members across the U.S and Canada, the consortium provides give-back branding initiatives for clients and donates to multiple charities each year.
