Philadelphia-based supplier Pop! Promos (PPAI 564497, Standard-Base) has announced that Jay Dilley has joined the company as CEO.
- Co-founders Sterling Wilson and Erin Reilly will become board members for the 12-year-old firm, which was named to PPAI’s 2024 Greatest Companies To Work For list.
- In addition to serving on Pop! Promos’ board, Reilly will continue her role as a member of the PPAI Board of Directors.

Reilly says that about two years ago she and Wilson agreed on a plan that would allow them to take a step back from overseeing the daily operations of the business.

Dilley’s Background
A renowned business leader with nearly 20 years of leadership experience, Dilley most recently served as COO of Bureau Veritas North America Infrastructure Services, which specializes in laboratory testing, inspection and certification services, including product safety testing and social compliance services.
