The supplier launched Swagee, a white-label webstore platform that enables distributors to offer branded online storefronts with on-demand production and global fulfillment, without requiring inventory.

The 50-year-old company promoted Chris Alfano to chief information and digital officer, where he’ll lead digital strategy, technology platforms, and e-commerce and automation initiatives.

Named to PPAI’s Greatest Companies to Work For list, Vantage launched an employee onboarding program, expanded professional development training, and reinforced a speak-up culture.

Vantage also set a goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions for scopes 1 and 2 by 2030. In addition, it removed single-use plastic water bottles in the workplace.
