Spectrum Designs (PPAI 673690, Silver) is unlike any other distributor in the PPAI 100. The Port Washington, New York-based nonprofit employs teens and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities – with two-thirds of its staff on the spectrum – and has grown revenue 51.5% since 2022 to reach $8.7 million in 2025.
Co-founder and CEO Patrick Bardsley was named a 2025 PPAI Rising Star, and PPAI Media published an in-depth feature on the organization in 2025. Spectrum also earned Sustainable Green Printing Partnership certification – one of the few promo companies to do so – cementing its standing as a model of inclusive employment and responsible production.
