Bergman Incentives (PPAI 134565, Silver) made a significant operational move in April 2025, consolidating its decoration, warehouse and operations teams into a single 40,000-square-foot facility. The move – previously split across multiple locations – has improved cross-team collaboration and reduced the logistical friction of running a distributed operation.
The consolidation also came with an environmental upgrade: smart LED lighting throughout the new facility. Earlier in 2025, Bergman was named Facilisgroup’s TASA Distributor Partner of the Year at The PPAI Expo – recognition of its strength as a distributor partner within the Facilisgroup network.
