The MRL Group Announces Brand Relaunch

The MRL Group (PPAI 359200, Standard-Plus) has announced a strategic agency repositioning, marked by executive leadership expansion, enhanced marketing execution capabilities and the launch of SmartBuy 2.0.

The relaunch coincides with the debut of the agency’s new website and refreshed brand identity.

“This repositioning is more than just a facelift,” says Juan Fonseca, vice president of commercial enablement at The MRL Group. “It’s reflective of the agency MRL has become, as well as our intention to show up as leaders within the broader marketing execution space.”

“We have always been an agency built on relationships first,” adds Michael Levitt, president at The MRL Group. “Our commitment to doing the right thing for our clients has gotten us where we are; this refreshed vision and the work behind it will carry us to the next level.”

PCNA Launches Flexible Imprint

PCNA (PPAI 113079, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 6 supplier, has officially launched Flexible Imprint, a new decoration capability that gives distributors greater freedom to position and size artwork anywhere within the approved imprint area on eligible hard goods.

Flexible Imprint eliminates the need to submit a Non-Standard Location request for eligible in-area placements, reducing back-and-forth communication and helping orders move into production faster, the company says. The capability is available at no additional cost, and Flex-eligible orders qualify for PCNA’s rush SureShip service.

“Flexible Imprint reflects PCNA’s continued investment and leadership in decoration technology and innovation,” says Josh Militello, CEO of PCNA. “By giving distributors more creative control while simplifying the ordering process, we’re making it faster and easier to meet their clients’ unique decoration needs.”

Koozie Group Supports 4 Paws For Ability

Koozie Group (PPAI 114187, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 4 supplier, has helped support the Turner family’s journey to receiving a service dog through its 2026 donation to 4 Paws for Ability, a nonprofit that places service dogs with children and veterans.

After years of managing complex medical needs, an autism diagnosis and the constant fear that their son, Wyatt, might wander away, Stephanie and Ken Turner were looking for a way to help their family feel safer beyond the walls of their home. Their journey to a service dog began with an application to 4 Paws for Ability and continued through three years of waiting, fundraising and hope.

That journey reached a milestone on July 17, when the Turners completed their 10-day training class and officially welcomed Affogato, affectionately known as “Affi,” into their family.

Koozie Group’s 2026 donation continues the company’s support of 4 Paws for Ability and its mission to provide life-changing service dogs to children and veterans. The company welcomed The Promo Pups, its second sponsored a litter of puppies, in January and has contributed more than $64,000 to 4 Paws since 2022.

“Service dogs create possibilities for families who have spent years navigating challenges that most people never see,” says Pierre Montaubin, CEO of Koozie Group. “The Turner family’s story shows the lasting impact of this work, and we are proud that our support helped them reach this important moment with Affi.”

Proforma Wraps Up Summer Internship Program

Proforma (PPAI 196835, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 5 distributor, has announced the completion of its annual summer internship program. The 2026 cohort welcomed 18 college students and recent graduates into paid internships designed to offer hands-on experience, mentorship and career-building opportunities within the Proforma Network.

The program has experienced substantial growth in the last five years due to partnerships with Florida State University, the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Proforma leaders actively participate in on-campus events to recruit and connect with top talent.

“Connecting with the next generation of talent is essential to building a strong future for our Network,” says Kathy Mayo, vice president of HR at Proforma. “More than 18% of our current workforce began as interns at Proforma, which is a testament to the talent pool this program nurtures.”

Firebrand Founder Completes WBDC Business Growth Program

Firebrand Global Marketing (PPAI 304784, Standard-Plus) announced that founder Lisa Greyhill has graduated from a four-month business development program for women business owners through the Women’s Business Development Center.

Greyhill worked alongside fellow women business owners, was mentored by Fortune 500 business resource partners, participated in discussions with program leader, and received critical insight from a dedicated program graduate mentor, allowing Greyhill to gain outside perspectives on Firebrand’s opportunities and next stage of development.

“One of the biggest opportunities for me was having dedicated time to work on Firebrand instead of only working in Firebrand,” Greyhill says. “It gave me the chance to strategize where we’re going, decide what needs to become more repeatable and dive into better systems and technology to support our growth without losing the relationships and service that built Firebrand.”
