Fossa Apparel Names New National Accounts Manager

Fossa Apparel (PPAI 330885, Silver), PPAI 100’s No. 78 supplier, has announced that Megan Hernandez has joined the company as national accounts manager.

Hernandez brings close to a decade of experience in the branded merchandise industry, with a track record of growing accounts throughout her career, the company says.

ASB Brings In Kirk Ross As Director Of Partnership Growth

American Solutions for Business (PPAI 101656, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 11 distributor, has named industry veteran Kirk Ross as director of partnership growth and partnered with him in a consulting role focused on expanding and strengthening the company’s distributor network. Working alongside ASB’s leadership team, Ross will help identify new growth opportunities, build distributor relationships and support the company’s ongoing expansion efforts.

Ross brings 38 years of experience in the promotional products industry, beginning with Awardcraft in 1988. His background includes 22 years on the supplier side, 14 years with distributors and two years representing multiple product lines. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles focused on sales growth, operations, organizational development and business strategy.

Ball Pro Hires New Director Of Sales And Marketing

Ball Pro (PPAI 112763, Gold), PPAI 100’s No. 18 supplier, has hired Parker Wolfe as its new director of sales and marketing, a newly created leadership role aimed at supporting the supplier’s continued growth and long-term strategy. The position was established as Ball Pro seeks to align its sales and marketing efforts more closely after several years of growth that included expanded product offerings, production capabilities and premium brand partnerships. The company said the role will help support its growth objectives over the next five years.

Wolfe joins Ball Pro from another promotional products supplier, where he led sales and marketing efforts and worked on sales initiatives, marketing strategy and customer engagement. In his new role, he will oversee Ball Pro’s sales and marketing strategy, with responsibilities that include strengthening distributor relationships, supporting the sales team, identifying market opportunities and improving alignment between sales and marketing initiatives. “Parker brings a unique combination of sales leadership, marketing expertise and supplier industry experience,” says Adam Hanson, president of Ball Pro. “As we continue to grow, it’s critical that our sales and marketing teams work together with a shared strategy.”

S&S Hires New Vice President Of US Sales

S&S (PPAI 256121, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 2 supplier, has appointed Sean Eckhardt as senior vice president of U.S. sales. Eckhardt brings nearly 30 years of commercial leadership experience and will oversee the company’s national sales organization, with responsibility for advancing commercial strategy, strengthening customer relationships, developing talent, and supporting growth initiatives. He succeeds Jim Strugell, who recently announced his retirement after helping guide S&S through its transformation following the acquisition of alphabroder.

Eckhardt joins S&S from Casa Del Sol Tequila, where he served as chief commercial officer and helped expand the brand’s national distribution, attract new investors, and develop long-term growth strategies. Earlier, he was senior vice president and managing director of U.S. sales at Bacardi USA, where he led a transformation of the company’s commercial organization, and he also built and led a national sales organization at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. His career additionally includes sales leadership roles with distributors such as Reyes Beverage.
