SnugZ USA (PPAI 112982, Platinum) – ranked the No. 9 supplier in the inaugural PPAI 100 – has released its 2023 ESG Report.
The West Jordan, Utah-based firm says 2023 served as a baseline upon which it gathered vital data to understand and address its environmental footprint, social responsibility initiatives and the “very essence of corporate culture.”
“The report serves as a comprehensive overview of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, highlighting our commitment to responsible business practices, ethical decision-making and our ongoing efforts to create a lasting impact on the world around us,” says Brandon Mackay, CEO of SnugZ USA. “While we know we have a ways to go, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and are excited for our future endeavors.”
Here are five takeaways from the extensive report:
1. Environmental Impact
SnugZ recycled approximately 2,100 pounds of electronic waste and 18 tons of cardboard in 2023.
- The company also introduced 10 certified eco-friendly products in 2023 and plans to more than double that this year.
2. Diversity And Inclusion
In terms of workforce demographics, SnugZ reports that 65% of its employees are women and 35% are men.
- Women occupy 60% of leadership roles at SnugZ.
- A quarter (25%) of its workforce is bilingual.
3. Employee Well-being
SnugZ provides its employees a plethora of benefits and perks, including:

Committed to product safety and social compliance, SnugZ employs full-time experts and engages in supplier and subcontractor scorecards, among other efforts.
In 2023, the company completed SMETA audits for all Tier 1 facilities and participated in an EcoVadis assessment.
