Goldstar (PPAI 114031, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 16 supplier, has announced two key leadership appointments.
Alina Rubinshteyn has been appointed vice president of North American sales. Rubinshteyn, who holds an MBA in international business, brings nearly 15 years of industry experience, having held senior positions at PPAI 100 supplier PCNA, Facilisgroup and RiserUnited.

The San Diego-based company has also named Charles G. Duggan II, MAS+, as vice president of business development, a newly created role.

A 10-year veteran of Goldstar and former PPAI Board member, Duggan will focus on building relationships with the top distributors not currently partnered with the supplier, while also overseeing Promotional Resource Group’s operations in Canada and managing the newly acquired globalcatalogue business in Australia.
- In 2018, Duggan received the PPAI Distinguished Service Award.
