The Cuba, Missouri-based company credits several new business developments for the rise, including bringing in experienced production management leadership to improve efficiencies and upgrading its ERP system to add a payment portal and overall customer portal for uploading artwork and approving proofs. In addition, it has invested in new equipment which allowed the company to add new product lines while increasing efficiency. These are large investments, but the company says they are already helping employees become more valuable.
