The new ERP brought production, inventory, financial reporting and customer data into one real-time system giving the team much clearer visibility into their business. At the same time, the company-wide adoption of the ERP instilled greater cross-functional alignment providing the infrastructure and mindset necessary for disciplined, sustainable growth.
