The team at Image Source (PPAI 195193, Gold) suffered a tremendous loss last year when founder and then-CEO Brian Haner passed away from a sudden heart attack. Haner’s business partner, Tom Goos, MAS, president and current CEO of Image Source, says the company rallied and supported each other through this tough time.

An integral member of the team, Nancy Waters, the first employee of the Kirkland, Washington-based firm, was promoted to vice president of operations. Additionally, Jeff Holt was promoted to the newly created role of chief growth officer and Pete Toskey was hired to be the company’s vice president of sales, the position Holt had previously held.

Image Source also leveraged partnerships with global branded merch network IGC Global Promotions to expand into projects with Microsoft, Boeing and Smartsheet.
