Located in New Albany, Indiana, Discount Labels (PPAI 113449, Platinum) has been in business since 1965 when its founder, Fred Conway, pioneered simple phone stickers. In 1993, the company added four-color process labels, digital presses in 2009 and UV ink jet printing in 2012. Now, in its 200,000-square-foot facility, the company employs more than 500 people – from customer service reps to press operators – who produce a nearly infinite choice of labels, tags, decals, stamps and other products.
