Apex Advertising (PPAI 109458, Gold) moved up 42 spots from No. 82 to No. 40 and acquired T.D. Mills Promotional Products, a Hershey, Pennsylvania-based distributor founded in 1964. As part of the deal, the T.D. Mills team, including owners Tom and Dori Garman, joined Apex in sales and management roles.

The Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based company said the acquisition broadens its presence in Pennsylvania and nationally, building on its e-commerce, fulfillment and supplier network capabilities. The company, which enjoys low attrition among team members and clients, also expanded employee volunteer and community engagement activities.
