Distributor Vistaprint (PPAI 565755) has opened its first ever brick-and-mortar retail space in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The Waltham, Massachusetts, company’s space, Vistaprint Studio, operates six days a week, Monday to Saturday, and gives business owners the chance to touch products and get face-to-face help from staff members. In a survey of its North American customer base, Vistaprint found that 64 percent wanted more one-on-one support when developing their marketing materials.
