The Hong Kong Gifts Premium Fair is returning to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 27-30. Held in conjunction with the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair, located at AsiaWorld-Expo, these two shows are expected to bring some 7,400 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions to present their products and services.

Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association, the show features various zones showcasing quality gifts and premiums and selected winning pieces from the Hong Kong Smart Design Awards.

This year, the Gifts & Premium Fair is introducing the World of Beauty, Fitness & Well-Being zone. The zone will feature close to 40 exhibitors from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, India and New Zealand showcasing cosmetics, skincare, health and spa products. The Hall of Fine Designs will display more than 140 brands from around the world, including Team Green, a Hong Kong brand that specializes in eco-friendly 3D puzzles; Kokuyo, a Japanese stationery brand; and Pininfarina, an Italian brand known for its stationery. In addition, the Hong Kong Exporters’ Association will present a pavilion with three zones—Isle of Originality, Brand Oasis and Smart Design HK—featuring more than 170 Hong Kong gift exporters. Other pavilions include those from the mainland, Taiwan, India, Korea, Thailand and the United Kingdom. Multiple seminars will also be held during the fair, covering topics that include the new retail trends in the U.S. and the mainland, and data-driven brand-building strategies.

This year’s Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair will feature four major thematic zones—De Luxe, Green Printing & Packaging Solutions, Printing & Packaging Solutions for Fashion & Accessories and Innovative Retail Display Solutions—and will also mark the debut of the World of Advertising and Signs zone to showcase creative visual communication and promotion approaches.

Members of PPAI attending the fair are also invited to its Dragon Green Lounge. Interested attendees can contact Kelly Tsang, assistant manager, exhibitions department, at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, at kelly.tsang@hktdc.org for information on the lounge and to obtain a VIP card.
