BAMKO (PPAI 242148, Silver) and SwagCycle, a sustainable merchandise management platform, have partnered to donate approximately 2,400 upcycled baby blankets to Baby2Baby, a national nonprofit that provides children living in poverty with diapers, formula, clothing and other necessities.

• The blankets, designed for a leading hospital network, were in excess inventory. The hospital contacted BAMKO looking for a solution to upcycle the blankets. Through BAMKO’s partnership with SwagCycle, and its relationship with Baby2Baby, the perfect solution emerged.

These certifications mark a significant milestone in Master Italia’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible manufacturing.

• The goal of these certifications is to define globally recognized requirements to ensure the organic and/or recycled status of textiles, from harvesting raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing, up to labeling, providing credible assurance to the customer.
