PPAI has promoted three team members into expanded roles designed to strengthen the Association’s communications, education and marketing functions as it continues to invest in long-term member value and industry impact.

The promotions include Josh Ellis to senior director of media, research and public affairs; Jessica Gibbons-Rauch to director of professional development; and Megan Slusser (Dean) to associate account manager within PPAI’s marketing team.

“Our industry has always stood out for the strength of its community,” says PPAI President and CEO Drew Holmgreen, CAS. “At PPAI, that same principle guides how we think about our team. We’re intentional about developing talent, building a strong leadership pipeline and preparing the next generation to step forward. Recognizing the amazing talent within Team PPAI through new roles is rewarding, but more importantly it ensures the continuity, energy and connection that define our organization, the entire market we serve and the joy we create.”
