Paul Clement Rizzo, former multi-line rep, passed away on January 15 in Huntley, Illinois. He was 92.
Rizzo served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1956, and later spent much of his adult life working in promotional products sales. Outside of work, he enjoyed boating on Lake Geneva with his wife and family, was a hobbyist wine maker and remained active and independent through to the end of his life.
Preceded in death by his wife, Bunny, daughter Janet and his parents, Rizzo is survived by his son Paul and his daughter Pam Alderson and her husband CD; grandchildren Morgan, Buck and his wife Kate, and Lauren; and great-granddaughter Elaine Kappes. Additionally, he is also survived by his brothers Fred and Chuck, and Chuck’s wife Nancy; nephew Michael and sister-in-law Barbie Loehrer.
Rizzo will be interred at St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery, with a celebration of his life to follow in early summer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
