PCI Creative Group, LLC (PPAI 759437, D1), a distributor based in Stamford, Connecticut, has been acquired by 111-year-old Somerville, Massachusetts-based Grossman Marketing Group. The acquisition will help Grossman Marketing Group to further expand its footprint in southern New England.
PCI Creative Group brings 35 years of expertise to the business, and its capabilities as a cross media marketing company range from graphic design, image and branding, web and digital design to direct mail, printed communication and branded merchandise.
“We have worked tirelessly over the last three-and-a-half decades to develop and cement our reputation for producing high‐quality work and creating long‐lasting relationships with our clients,” says Anne Chiapetta, principal at PCI Creative Group. “As we look to take a less active role in day‐to‐day operations over the next few years, it was a perfect time to pass the torch to Grossman Marketing Group. Their stellar reputation and the prestigious clients they have served, many for decades, ensures that our clients will continue to receive the same level of excellent, reliable and high‐touch service to which they have grown accustomed.”
David Grossman, co‐president of Grossman Marketing Group, adds, “Adding decades of marketing experience, along with an amazing reputation and legacy, in a region of New England into which we continue to see a steady influx of growth is truly an asset and another defining moment for our company. Broadening our relationships within the Connecticut market, a state in which we’ve had a presence for over 40 years ourselves, is a major priority for us, and we will continue to pursue that goal when ideal opportunities, such as this one, present themselves.”
The deal with PCI Creative Group marks Grossman Marketing Group’s third acquisition in the state of Connecticut in recent years. Grossman previously acquired Fleet Business Products of East Hartford in November 2015, along with ASAP, Inc. of Norwalk in January 2013, and has combined all of its Connecticut operations into a Hartford office established in the mid-1970s.
