How did your company get its start?
Our directors lived in Cancun, where they were deeply involved in the customs industry. As you can imagine, everything in Cancun revolves around tourism. Exhibitions Cargo was founded with a vision to revolutionize the logistics and shipping industry, focusing on the meetings, incentives, conventions, live events and trade show sectors across Mexico.
We recognized the unique challenges event organizers and resorts face in transporting materials across borders, whether it’s giveaways, audiovisual equipment, promotional items or display materials. Seeing a clear need for a reliable logistics partner, Exhibitions Cargo stepped in to bridge the gap. We began by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of event materials to Mexico’s most sought-after destinations.
As our client base grew, so did the demand to support international shipments. This expansion led us to establish partnerships worldwide. Today, we proudly deliver to over 50 countries, offering dependable global logistics solutions.
What led your company to enter the promotional products market?
Entering the promotional product market was a natural progression. As we cemented our reputation as a trusted logistics partner for events, it became clear that promotional products play a vital role in their success. From branded giveaways and samples to awards, these items help engage attendees and leave a lasting impression. Recognizing this, we tailored our logistics services to meet the specific needs of the promotional product industry. This strategic move allowed us to offer a comprehensive solution, ensuring that every aspect of event logistics was seamlessly managed.
What’s your favorite thing about being in the promotional products industry?
One of the most rewarding aspects of working in the promotional product industry is knowing we play a critical role in the success of events and the satisfaction of our clients. At Exhibitions Cargo, we take immense pride in ensuring that the right products are delivered safely, to the right place, at the right time.
