Distributor Vistaprint’s (PPAI 565755) Windsor, Ontario, manufacturing facility has been named “Best of the Best” in Printing Industries of America’s Best Workplaces in the Americas (BWA) competition.

Designation as a Best Workplace demonstrates the significant commitment that Vistaprint has made to its employees by investing in their work environment, their personal goals and their ambitions. A panel of human relations professionals from the print industry judged entrants against benchmarking categories that promote the most sought-after qualities of today’s workforce, including: Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Work Environment & Safety.

“Our workforce is essential to Vistaprint being able serve our millions of small business customers around the world,” says Christian Vaillant, vice president, plant operations, Vistaprint. “It’s an honor to be recognized by the industry as a company that offers a superior workplace.”

Michael Makin, president and CEO of Printing Industries of America, adds, “Companies recognized in the Best Workplace in the Americas program exhibit the highest commitment to success in many ways, but particularly through their employees. Congratulations to Vistaprint.”

Vistaprint was presented with the award at Printing Industries of America’s President’s Conference in San Antonio, Texas, on March 5.
