Sky High Marketing (PPAI 358169, D6) needed a new headquarters that can fit all of its recent hires.
So, the company is investing in a 50,000-foot campus, which will keep its headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin for the long-term future.
- Sky High Marketing has grown at an average rate of 25% per year, according to Rachel Kozinski, the distributor’s CFO.
- During that span, the company has averaged a new hire every 30 days.
- Sky High Marketing also offers in-house embroidery and digital printing, requiring logistics and production teams.
“This [growth] has put significant challenges on us, and we need more room in every part of our operation because of all the growth,” says Kozinski.
The new headquarters, expected to be complete by summer of 2024, is intended to have a “campus sort of feel” for employees.
- It will include a mezzanine office level with an outdoor deck and outdoor patio for indoor and outdoor work environments.
- It sits on a 12-acre parcel in the Waukesha Corporate Center.
- The campus will have room for the headquarters to eventually expand an additional 60,000 square feet as the company continues to grow.
“Our goal is to create a modern facility with great open spaces to work from,” says Josh Kozinski, Sky High Marketing’s CEO. “In an age where some companies are investing in their people being apart, our leadership team has the exact opposite opinion. We are meant to be together, and we are going to make a significant investment in creating an amazing facility that will allow for collaboration, teamwork and being in an environment that is going to excite people to come to work each day.”
- Josh and Rachel Kozinski stressed the importance of keeping the headquarters located in Waukesha where it was founded 26 years ago.
“I have spent all of my life in Waukesha,” Josh Kozinski says. “To have an opportunity to purchase a prime piece of land within Waukesha is exciting. We are thrilled to move forward with the project.”
- Sky High Marketing also has offices in Las Vegas and Milwaukee.
