Geiger (PPAI 105182, D12) has acquired Fogelsville, Pennsylvania, distributor Five Thousand Forms, dba GiveMeFive.com (PPAI 621329, D3). The acquisition is part of Lewiston, Maine-headquartered Geiger’s continued expansion strategy focused on broadening its client base and services nationally.
Herb Levy, a 55-year industry veteran, started Five Thousand Forms with Linda Levy in 1973. Several family members have significantly contributed to the company’s growth. Geiger notes that as another family-owned and operated company, Five Thousand Forms’ culture, philosophy and focus on community service make it a perfect match for the company.
“I am thrilled to be connecting with Geiger,” says Herb Levy. “I believe they best fit our values as a family-owned company, and I know this partnership will give us the tools to better serve our customers in an evolving industry. We are delighted to expand our services to our clients.”
Linda Levy adds, “I’m excited to be expanding our service capability and to leverage Geiger’s strength in corporate programs. Their technology platform and integration will provide significant benefits to our clients.”
After the acquisition, Five Thousand Forms will rebrand to Give Me Five a Geiger Company. Herb Levy and Five Thousand Forms’ associates will continue to support their current clients and community activities as a part of the Geiger family. Geiger’s technology will be applied to enable Give Me Five to expand its services globally and better support its client base.
“Herb and Linda Levy, along with their family, built a firm known for excellence and customer experience,” says Geiger President and CEO Jo-an Lantz, MAS. “In addition, as a family-owned business, we share the same values and culture. Five Thousand Forms, Give Me Five and Geiger are a perfect match.”
