Distributor American Solutions for Business (PPAI 101656, D12) hosted a State of the Industry panel at its recent national sales conference in Fort Worth, Texas, with leaders from top industry organizations including Paul Bellantone, CAE, PPAI president and CEO; Matt Bruno, executive vice president of the Print Services & Distribution Association; David Natinsky, MAS, president of SAGE, and Andy Cohen, ASI vice president of editorial and marketing services. The panel was moderated by Wayne Martin, ASB’s vice president of sales – West Coast.
“This panel allowed key industry stake holders to share their thoughts about the major influencers and disruptors that will impact our future,” says Martin. “It also provided a forum that demonstrated their shared passion and commitment to the industry and ASB.”
The panel discussion covered a wide range of topics such as sustainability, technology, cross-generational connection, tariffs and more.
“While each of the panelists represented different categories and roles in the industry, there was consistency of message throughout—the need to add value throughout the supply chain, the benefits of working with trusted partners and the importance of a hybrid approach to serving customers,” adds Bellantone.
The panel spoke in front of hundreds of sales associates and team members of Glenwood, Minnesota-headquartered ASB during the general session.
“Bringing together industry leaders to discuss the future of the industry is what makes ASB such a leader in the marketplace,” says Natinsky. “Hopefully the attendees left the session with some takeaways that will help them grow their business with the insight that we brought to the session.”
