4imprint Group PLC, parent of Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based distributor 4imprint (UPIC: 4imprint), has appointed Paul Moody its non-executive chairman. Moody’s new role goes into effect on December 1, when current chairman John Poulter retires. Poulter had announced at 4imprint’s 2016 Annual General Meeting that he would be retiring towards the end of the year.
“I am delighted to be appointed as non-executive chairman and very much look forward to working with my colleagues on the board in the continued development of the business,” says Moody.
Moody serves on the board of Johnson Service Group PLC as non-executive chairman and is also a non-executive director of Pets at Home Group PLC. He has been a non-executive director of 4imprint since February 2016. He has extensive public company experience and spent 17 years at Britvic PLC, including the last eight years as chief executive.
“I am pleased that Paul is to become Non-Executive Chairman of 4imprint, following his recent tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Group,” says John Warren, senior independent director of 4imprint. “He has extensive commercial and leadership experience and I look forward to working with him in the continuing development of the business.
“The board would like to thank John Poulter for his valuable contribution to 4imprint since joining the board in May 2010 and becoming executive chairman in September 2010, a period which has seen a radical transformation of the company, and to wish him well for the future.”
