Brandability Names Michelle Thieret Chief Revenue OfficerBrandability (PPAI 897833) has appointed Michelle Thieret as chief revenue officer, adding a new executive role as the company seeks to support its next phase of growth. Thieret will oversee the company’s revenue strategy, with responsibility for aligning Brandability’s sales, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce and merchandising operations.
According to CEO Matthew Lamb, the new position is intended to better connect the company’s capabilities and client services. “Adding a Chief Revenue Officer gives us the leadership focus to connect those strengths, create more value for our clients, and build a company ready for the next chapter,” Lamb said. Brandability, which offers branded merchandise, custom apparel, e-commerce stores and digital marketing services, said the move is aimed at creating a more unified approach to serving clients.
Thieret said organizations are increasingly looking for strategic partners that can support a range of branding and marketing initiatives rather than individual projects. “Companies want more than a supplier for individual projects; they want a partner who understands their brand and can help them achieve their marketing ambitions,” she said. The company said the appointment reflects its ongoing investment in expanding services and integrating physical branding, digital engagement and merchandise programs through a single team.
