‘A Pivotal Time’
Last April, private equity firm Mill Point Capital acquired Florida-based Koozie Group and announced a merger with hard goods purveyor Garyline, a recent transplant to the Sunshine State. As a result, earlier this year, Koozie Group completed a Garyline brand integration, releasing a new tagline that underscores the combined company’s focus on customization, reliability and sustainability.
That means a future focused on utilizing those unified brands and products going. According to Pierre Montaubin, Koozie Group’s CEO, Reininger is the right person to help with that future.

“Patrick’s experience and leadership come at a pivotal time for Koozie Group,” says Montaubin. “As we move ahead after the successful integration of Garyline and continue to strengthen our USA-made and assembled focus, Patrick will play a critical role in unifying our commercial teams, sharpening our customer value proposition, and accelerating growth. His ability to connect strategy to execution will help ensure we deliver even greater value to our distributor partners and end customers.”
