Spector & Co. (PPAI 168328, Gold), PPAI 100’s No. 18 supplier, has announced the promotion of Ashley Colautti, MAS to vice president of sales, U.S.
Colautti, who joined the Montral-based company in 2022, most recently served as director of digital transformation.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work across almost every part of this industry, from distributor to service provider to supplier, and recently diving deep into digital transformation,” Colautti says.

Colautti’s Background
Prior to joining Spector, Colautti served as a senior account manager at commonsku, where she worked closely with distributors to optimize their sales and marketing strategies.
- She began her career on the distributor side of the industry, giving her a unique perspective on customer needs and the end-to-end journey from idea to order.
- She also serves as board chair of PromoKitchen, a nonprofit mentorship community for the promotional products industry.
