No one under the age of 16 is allowed access to the show floor, education seminars or events of The PPAI Expo or other PPAI Events during installation/move-in, show days and dismantle/move-out periods. Evidence of age must be presented upon request. Violators of this policy may be required to leave the event or applicable area.
Hotel Pickup (Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, Luxor, Excalibur): Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rent at all MGM Resorts properties. To ensure availability, please contact the MGM Hotel Bell Desk in advance at 702.322.8199.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center Pickup: No advance reservation is required. ScooterBug will be located in the Convention Center Lobby for the duration of The PPAI Expo, available for rent.
Attendees are welcome to utilize wheeled carts or cases to carry their catalogs and other materials collected at the show. The carts or cases may only have two wheels with a wheelbase of no more than 12” from outside wheel to outside wheel. Collection boxes on carts can be no wider than the cart, or larger than 15” in any dimension. Strollers, drums or barrels will not be allowed on the show floor. PPAI reserves the right to remove any cart or case from the show floor at its discretion.
All programs, meetings, sessions, seminars, trade shows and other events sponsored by PPAI are the exclusive property of PPAI and no one is permitted to record or reproduce such events, aurally or visually, by motion pictures, videotape recording, audio cassette recording or by any other means for commercial purposes without the express written consent of PPAI.
The rule does not prohibit videotaping or other visual or aural recordings by an Exhibitor of PPAI trade shows made entirely within the booth space leased by that Exhibitor. In order to not interfere with normal show proceedings, all recordings done outside an Exhibitor’s own booth shall be done prior to or after exhibit hours; any special expenses generated to be borne by the proponents/Exhibitors.
Photography and/or videotaping of any display or product other than an Exhibitor’s own is prohibited, unless written permission has been obtained from PPAI and the firm whose booth is being photographed/videotaped.
At PPAI, we prioritize the security of our member, attendee and exhibitor contact information. PPAI does not share or sell any contact information to third parties. If you receive an e-mail claiming to sell The PPAI Expo attendee list, the PPAI member list or any list related to PPAI, it is a scam.
This type of scam is a known issue afflicting the exhibit and event industry. Scammers reach out to potential exhibitors and attendees fraudulently claiming to have and sell the show’s attendee list. Their goal is to deceive attendees and exhibitors into sharing personal and/or financial information for malicious purposes.
If you encounter one of these scam e-mails, email registration@ppai.org. PPAI will send a Cease & Desist letter, but we recommend reporting this email to the FTC. Here’s how:
- Visit https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/assistant
- Select “An Impersonator”
- Choose "Well-Know or Trusted Business" and continue.
You'll need to share the sender's details and copy and paste the email message.
It is important to note that these types of scams are not specific to PPAI or our events; they unfortunately persist throughout the conference and trade show space.

PPAI has reserved a locked, private space for nursing mothers. Refrigeration is available in the room for storage. To access the Mother’s Room, you must first obtain the key by visiting the PPAI Show Office located on Level Two of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Mother’s Room, located in Palm G , will be available:

Yes, the PPAI Expo provides complimentary Wi-Fi. The network name is PPAIExpo2027.
Exhibitors may also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. However, if you are relying on WIFI to conduct business from your booth during the show, the service may be slower due to the number of users. For faster, more reliable internet service to conduct business from your booth, PPAI recommends that exhibitors order internet service through the Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Service Manual.

HOUSING
Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through the official housing website or designated housing provider. Reservations can be made during The PPAI Expo registration process. If you have already registered or need to make changes to your reservation, select "Modify Registration" using the button included in your confirmation email.
Yes, reservations for 10 or more rooms may be booked through our official housing block link. For assistance with group housing, please contact PPAI.Group@Maritz.com.
The final day to make changes on our official website is Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
From Thursday, December 17 through Monday, December 21 reservations will be transferred to the hotels. Beginning on Tuesday, December 22, you may contact your hotel directly to make changes, etc.[

- If you are unable to book your preferred hotel, we suggest that you do book a room through our site and then contact Housing Customer Service at 864-208-8557 or email PPAI@Maritz.com your preferred hotel to be added to the waitlist.

Suite requests should be submitted through the official housing process and are subject to hotel availability, approval and individual hotel policies.

Yes. One attendee should make the reservation, and the additional occupant should register on their own. Email PPAI@Maritz.com with both Registration IDs and request that both registrations be connected to the same reservation.
This means one or more of your nights are not currently available. Maritz reviews waitlisting reports daily and works to obtain additional hotel rooms at the group rate in an effort to confirm all dates of your stay. This is not a reason to panic. In the unlikely event we’re unable to confirm your entire stay, an email notification with additional options will be sent within approximately 2 weeks of booking.
Las Vegas currently has 13.38 percent (13.38%) combined hotel taxes. Your official confirmation will include the estimated total of your reservation. Resort fees vary by hotel and specific details on pricing and what is included are featured on our official Registration & Housing Site.
Maritz will not charge your card for hotel reservations. Please review the hotel policy outlined during the booking process and on your confirmation.
Policies vary by hotel; most commonly, hotels will pre-authorize your card on the day of arrival and charge the full balance at check-out.
The hotel may place a temporary authorization (hold) on your card to cover these potential expenses. This hold is not a charge, and any unused amount is released after checkout (timing depends on your bank).

Yes. Attendees will be able to request ADA‑compliant rooms during booking. Requests will be reviewed and coordinated with the hotel that you book. Should we need to contact you, a Maritz representative will reach out.

DO NOT provide your credit card to anyone requesting/demanding full payment for a reservation.
