BeGlobal Group, parent company of BeGlobal (PPAI 826396), PPAI 100’s No. 77 distributor, announced that it has acquired the shares of Webo Promotion.

As part of the acquisition, the Zeewolde, Netherlands-based distributor will retain its identity and continue to function as an independent entity under the umbrella of the BeGlobal Group, alongside the existing brands BeGlobal and Prominate Nederland.

  • To ensure a smooth integration, the current owner of Webo, Marco Stalenhoef, will remain connected to the organization for several months.

“I am pleased that, after 50 years, Webo Promotion has found a strong, innovative partner in the BeGlobal Group,” Stalenhoef says. “By combining our strengths, we ensure our customers receive the latest technological possibilities and a broader, more sustainable product range. At the same time, the personal service and trusted expertise from Zeewolde will be maintained.”

National Expansion

BeGlobal, which currently operates from a head office in Waddinxveen and a branch in Capelle aan den IJssel, was actively seeking further geographic coverage in the Netherlands.
