Charles River Apparel (PPAI 111644, Gold), PPAI 100’s No. 42 supplier, has announced leadership changes designed to further align the company’s product, customer experience, technology and financial strategies.
As part of the changes, Amy Leighton, chief product and supply chain officer, has expanded responsibilities that now include oversight of the company’s marketing function. Joining the Sharon, Massachusetts-based supplier in early 2025, Leighton brings experience from Garnet Hill, Life is Good and L.L.Bean.

Under Lindsey Davis, vice president of sales and customer experience, Charles River Apparel has aligned its sales and customer experience functions to create a “more seamless and responsive experience” for customers while strengthening collaboration across customer-facing teams.

Chief Technology Officer Jeison Ortega, chair of the PPAI Technology Committee, has expanded responsibilities across technology and business infrastructure. In addition to leading the company’s technology strategy, Ortega now oversees key infrastructure functions that support Charles River Apparel’s continued investments in digital transformation, AI enablement, business systems, operational effectiveness and future scalability.
- CFO Bruce Barnet, who serves on the PPAI Board of Directors, continues to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning and long-term business initiatives.
