Apex Advertising (PPAI 109458, Gold), PPAI 100’s No. 82 distributor, has announced the acquisition of Hershey, Pennsylvania-based distributor T.D. Mills Promotional Products, which was founded in 1964.
- As part of the deal, the T.D. Mills staff will join the Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based firm.
- Tom and Dori Garman, who purchased the company in 2016, will join the Apex team in sales and management roles.
