As the highest-ranked first-timer on the 2026 PPAI 100, Bold Promo (PPAI 536045, Silver), the No. 62 supplier, has demonstrated that it’s a rising power in branded merchandise.

Its 140% growth since 2022 and High Marks in Growth, Industry Faith, and Professional Development tell part of the story, but the numbers alone can’t capture the deeper transformation taking place inside the Miami-based company.

According to Sylvan Faber, co-founder of Bold Promo, the firm’s success is driven by a fundamental shift in how it defines promotional products.

“We moved away from commodity items to focus on retail-quality merchandise that acts as a true brand ambassador,” Faber says. “By transitioning from a simple product vendor to a strategic marketing partner, we’ve doubled our footprint within enterprise accounts that prioritize storytelling and ESG transparency.”

Our goal for the remainder of the year is to prove that high-growth companies can, and should, be the most responsible citizens in the industry.”

Digital Transformation

Another engine of Bold Promo’s growth has been its investment in automation.

  • Between 2022 and 2026, the firm launched and currently manages more than 1,200 active online stores for distributor partners.

In 2025, Bold Promo had taken another critical step forward: a successful migration to a new ERP system. Combined with the PromoStandards API, the new system enabled real-time, automated data exchange with distributor partners, reducing friction in order management.

The digital transformation has directly increased the company’s integrated order percentage. Consequently, the production team has been able to pivot away from manual entry and focus on complex decoration techniques and scaling high-profile partnerships.

“Our technology allows us to maintain the agility of a startup while delivering the volume and precision of an industry leader,” Faber says.

‘Sustainable Precision’

Bold Promo isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

The company recently received a Platinum rating from EcoVadis, scoring 92 out of 100 and placing in the top 1% of rated organizations worldwide, a distinction that reflects excellence in environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

The rating comes on the heels of the firm unveiling a sustainability and social responsibility roadmap built upon 17 focus areas aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

“In 2026, we’re focused on achieving ‘sustainable precision,’ which means scaling our production through AI-enhanced workflows while simultaneously reaching the highest levels of ESG maturity,” Faber says. “Our goal for the remainder of the year is to prove that high-growth companies can, and should, be the most responsible citizens in the industry, aligning our operations with global sustainability goals without sacrificing speed or creativity.”
