STRAN (PPAI 161542, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 12 distributor, has announced the promotion of Jack Audibert to the dual roles of chief compliance officer and chief strategy officer.
- Audibert had previously held the title of vice president of growth and strategic initiatives since joining the firm in 2020.

STRAN acquired Gander Group in 2024, which includes casino-related licensing, regulatory obligations and compliance requirements that demand heightened structure and coordination. As chief compliance officer, Audibert will oversee the coordination of this compliance while also keeping a forward eye on future acquisitions.
