As much of the United States contends with the effects of snowmageddon from over the weekend, several regional associations in the promotional products industry have been forced to reschedule their trade shows.

  • At least 13 weather-related deaths have been reported, according to PBS News on Monday morning.
  • Over a foot of snow, extending from Arkansas to New England, halted traffic, canceled flights and triggered school cancellations.
  • There were more than 800,000 power outages in the nation on Monday morning, according to poweroutage.com. 


PAPPA Winter Showcase

The Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association has announced that its annual Winter Showcase has been rescheduled for February 5. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

The PAPPA Winter Showcase is a distributor-only trade show, featuring more than 60 exhibitors from across the promo industry. The event will also include an educational seminar with speed selling. Attendees will have the chance to win a variety of raffle prizes, including a stainless-steel air fryer, tablets, a digital picture frame and more.

  • While the Winter Showcase is free for PAPPA distributor members, non-member distributors may attend for $25 per person.
  • Exhibitor registration is open through January 30, with only a limited number of spaces remaining.


To kick off the event, PAPPA will host a welcome party on February 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Crowne Plaza Hotel restaurant, The Forager. The event is open to exhibitors and PAPPA members and will include complimentary appetizers and one drink ticket per attendee, courtesy of PAPPA.

SAAGNY Winter Show

The Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York has rescheduled its Winter Showcase for February 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Crown Plaza in Suffern, New York.

The Winter Show Education Session, which runs from 9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m., is focused on getting to know the SAAGNY App. Go behind the scenes with SAAGNY’s new digital tools and show technology. From streamlined navigation to real-time insights, you’ll see how SAAGNY is using innovation to enhance every part of the show.

The SAAGNY Foundation will be collecting jars of peanut butter and jelly to support People to People, Rockland County’s largest food pantry. Bring your unopened jars to the Winter Show to support the local community.

NEPPA Winter Expo

The New England Promotional Products Association has rescheduled its Winter Expo for February 26 at the Sheraton Hartford South Hotel in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

There’s a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., an education session from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and then exhibits are open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

  • Exhibitor set-up is February 25 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m.


In the educational session, Josh Ellis, PPAI’s director of media and research, will highlight the most significant emerging policies, clarify what’s on the horizon and pinpoint the key legislation, tariff updates and LEAD-related issues you need to watch and be aware of in 2026.
