SAGE has announced the release of a new CRM client text messaging system designed to streamline and simplify communication between distributors and clients. SAGE (PPAI 790783) is PPAI’s official technology partner.
By limiting or potentially eliminating the need for client interaction through personal phone numbers, the text messaging system within the CRM Module of SAGE Online and SAGE Web can make it easy to manage past interactions and changing points of contact.
Text messaging within these SAGE platforms is now available with no setup required and at no additional cost for distributors with a SAGE Total Access subscription.
Capabilities and advantages include:
- Safely stored and easily accessible messaging.
- Large distributors with multiple account reps for clients can share client communication without additional steps or internal discussions.
- Robust search function can serve as a record of past interactions with clients without risk of losing vital information to an inbox purge or lost cell phone.
- Shifting all interaction through the system’s text messaging ensures continuity amid team changes to either party.

A new messaging tab within the ERM overview dashboard puts all messages in one place, and distributors can also enable desktop notification or push notifications to their mobile device when new messages from clients arrive.
This capability comes a series of new features announced by SAGE in 2024.
