With the trade floor officially open at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, The PPAI Expo 2026 once again transforms Las Vegas into the center of the branded merchandise universe.
As the industry’s largest and longest-running trade show, The PPAI Expo is designed to reward those who fully engage – serving as both a launchpad and a meeting ground for the ideas and relationships that shape the year ahead.
“When the promo world gathers at The PPAI Expo, great things happen,” says Denise Taschereau, CAS, PPAI Board Chair and owner of Vancouver-based distributor Fairware. “Ideas ignite, partnerships form and the year ahead gets its wings.”

Under One Roof
The PPAI Expo 2026 trade floor spans roughly 1 million square feet and features some 2,600 booths from nearly 1,000 exhibiting companies.
Alongside the familiar brands and long-standing industry partners, 70 new exhibitors will make their Mandalay Bay Convention Center debut this year, reinforcing the show’s role as both a cornerstone tradition and a springboard for what’s next.
Attendees can expect access to hundreds of thousands of products across the show floor. From sustainable solutions to made-in-the-USA offerings, the Product Pavilions once again provide a centralized destination for trend-driven sourcing. Over 400 solutions will be featured at the ever-popular New Product Pavilion in 2026.
Ten thousand or more distributors are expected to attend the four-day event.
For PPAI, the event remains more than a trade show – it’s the moment the industry collectively turns the page to a new year.
“The PPAI Expo is where our community reconnects and recalibrates,” says Ellen Tucker, MAS, CAE, chief experience and revenue officer for PPAI. “This is the place where relationships are renewed, new voices are welcomed and companies begin setting the course for success in the year ahead. There’s power in having that shared starting point, and it’s something you can feel the moment the doors open.”
