iPROMOTEu (PPAI 218870, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 6 distributor, has announced the hiring of Dale Denham, MAS+, to join the company’s executive leadership team. Denham will fill the role of chief information officer, beginning March 18.

  • Denham and iPROMOTEu are already acquainted with each other. The former has lent his services as a technology consultant for the distributor starting in mid-2025, supporting strategic innovation initiatives.


A 30-year industry veteran, Denham has served in top roles across the branded merch sector.

  • Most recently, he served CEO of eXtendtech, a NetSuite consulting, design and development firm.
  • Prior to that, Denham was president and CEO of PPAI for three years, guiding the Association through the most uncertain years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • He worked as senior vice president and chief information officer at Geiger, PPAI 100’s No. 5 distributor, for a decade.
  • He also held the role of senior vice president at the Advertising Specialty Institute for 10 years.

At all of his stops in the branded merch industry, Denham has leveraged technology as one of his greatest assets to help organizations realize their missions. As CIO, he will be leading iPROMOTEu’s technology teams and reporting directly to Bauer.

  • His role will be in succession to Dave Kneram, formerly SVP of technology, who is retiring.
