HALO (PPAI 106462, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 2 distributor, recently concluded its largest national sales meeting, Break Through Summit 2025, at the La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, California.
The event set a record, surpassing last year’s milestone with more than 800 attendees.
- More than 170 suppliers were on hand, making it one of the industry’s largest distributor trade shows.
- On-site activations, custom giveaways and more than 30 supplier-led training sessions equipped HALO account executives with fresh insights into product trends and client-focused strategies.
“The energy and enthusiasm from both our sales team and our suppliers was the most positive of any national sales meeting we’ve hosted,” says Terry McGuire, senior vice president of supplier relations. “The collaboration, ideation and relationship-building provided strong optimism for revenue growth opportunities as we move into the second half of the year.”

The agenda featured a candid discussion between McGuire and Gemline CEO Frank Carpenito on tariffs, pricing and uncovering opportunities in a shifting market.
- Additional highlights included the return of the Women in Leadership Event, exclusive top-performer events, such as the BMW Driving Experience and golf at PGA West, and a dedicated welcome reception for new HALO account executives.
