Woburn, Massachusetts-based distributor Grossman Marketing Group (PPAI 281988, Standard-Plus) has acquired Rochester, New York-based distributor Cooley Group (PPAI 278317, Gold).

As part of the transaction, Cooley Group will continue to operate under its current name as a division of Grossman Marketing Group, with offices throughout New York: Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Albany and the Hudson Valley.
