Ideal Customer: We align best with leading brands and multi-rep promotional products distributors, including merchandising agencies, branding agencies, and marketing firms. Our ideal client profile includes organizations with 12+ sales reps and or project managers, ensuring enough volume and velocity to justify a strategic, long-term partnership.

The Solution: DIRT provides end-to-end custom branded apparel production for small and mid-sized organizations: screen printing, embroidery, heat-applied decoration, and finishing services on customer-supplied garments or DIRT-sourced blanks. We also handle artwork preparation, proofs, repeat order management, kitting and labeling where required, and reliable fulfillment so clients can standardize and scale custom apparel sales without operational friction.

Value Proposition: DIRT wins on execution and predictability: fast, responsive quoting and proofing; consistent quality and repeatability across reorders; practical guidance on garment selection and decoration method; dependable on-time delivery with clear communication; and a partnership mentality that reduces the total time and risk involved in getting branded apparel done right versus lower-price, higher-error local vendors or smaller shops with inconsistent capacity.

Costs: Pricing is primarily driven by decoration method, number of print locations, stitch count for embroidery, garment type, color count, and order volume. Clients should refer to our contract program for detailed pricing information and fees. Rush, specialty inks, complex placements, individual bagging, private labeling, and kitting add cost. We specialize in high-volume programs and fulfillment, so clients are encouraged to reach out for any special project quotes, including and especially for bid opportunities.

Service Commitment: Standard terms are job-based with no long-term service commitment. We provide comprehensive order confirmations inclusive of virtual proofs for approval prior to production; we require clear instruction on imprint sizes, imprint details, shipping information, in-hands dates, and finalized artwork, and then produce to specification. Payment terms vary by client profile but commonly include payment prior to production for new customers and net terms for established accounts. Lead times are agreed at order acceptance, rush production is available when capacity allows, and returns are limited to verified defects or production errors based on the approved proof.
