PCNA Appoints SVP Of Customer Success & TransformationTop-five PPAI 100 supplier PCNA has named Lee Kemp its senior vice president of customer success and transformation. In the role, Kemp will lead PCNA’s customer success organization – including customer service, order processing, art and retention teams – while driving strategic initiatives to streamline and improve the distributor experience.
Kemp brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across both the private sector and the U.S. Army, where he served as a Chemical Corps officer.
