Cap America (PPAI 111597, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 35 supplier, has announced the promotion of Cindy Ward from account executive to customer service supervisor.

• Ward began her career with Cap America in 1992, and for more than three decades, has been a cornerstone of the company’s customer service operations.

Phil Auerbach has joined the company as chief marketing officer, longtime Custom Ink finance executive Justin Swietlik has been promoted to CFO and Kane Posner has been appointed to the newly created role of senior vice president, strategy.

• Auerbach brings nearly 25 years of executive experience, previously served as chief commercial officer at Lindblad Expeditions, Bumble and ClearChoice Management Services; chief digital and strategy officer at Dunkin’ Brands; and SVP/regional chief marketing officer at Caesars Entertainment.
• Swietlik, who joined Custom Ink in 2016, has held leadership roles across finance that have included financial planning & analysis, treasury, and strategic transaction activities.
• Posner has led major initiatives in Custom Ink’s digital production expansion and sales channel strategy.
