Finalized in early 2026, the move is projected to boost Proforma Spectrum Graphics’ annual revenue by nearly $7 million, marking a significant milestone in the third-generation distributorship’s continued growth and market expansion.

The deal brings a massive infusion of talent and industry expertise to Proforma Spectrum Graphics. The expanded roster includes six experienced sales representatives, a business manager, six professionals specializing in support, marketing and design, and two production specialists.
