PromoCares is an industry-wide movement. Its Water4Good campaign is a testament to the size of the promo industry, the willingness of its community to step up and the impact it can make on the world.
- The Water4Good campaign raised $304,000 for the Planet Water Foundation through the generosity and efforts of suppliers, distributors and industry buying groups rallied by PromoCares.
- Those funds were largely used to construct AquaTowers in areas where promo manufacturing or decorating facilities exist and where clean, accessible water is at a premium. Leveraging the funds and the facilities to build those AquaTowers has created safe water opportunities for many people going forward.
“Water4Good shows what our industry is capable of when we choose to lead with purpose,” says Scott Pearson, co-founder of 6AM Sourcing and a PromoCares board member. “This wasn’t just fundraising. This was a movement of people who believe that the promotional products community can help change the world.

Through the campaign, the AquaTowers were constructed in places far and wide, including:
- Mexico City
- Indonesia
- India
- Myanmar (which was recovering from an earthquake emergency response)
- Jamaica (which was recovering from Hurricane Melissa)
- Laos
